1. Payment and Credit Usage

Salio.ai operates on a prepaid, credit-based system designed to give you flexibility and control over your usage. When you purchase credits, you are buying the right to use our services up to the value of those credits.

  • Users can purchase credits to access services such as outbound/inbound calls, virtual numbers, and AI-powered lead generation tools.

  • Each feature consumes credits according to your active pricing plan.

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

  • Purchased credits are non-transferable and remain valid until fully utilized or until your account is terminated, whichever occurs first.

💡 New users receive 100 free credits upon registration to explore and experience Salio.ai’s features before purchasing additional credits.

2. Cancellation Policy

You are free to discontinue using Salio.ai services at any time.

  • Since Salio.ai operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel.

  • Any unused credits will remain available in your account until they are used or your account is deactivated. Credits will automatically expire if there is no service activity for three (3) months from the date of credit purchase.

  • Deactivating your account will result in the loss of any remaining credits.

3. Refund Policy

Because Salio.ai provides instant, on-demand AI and communication services, refunds are generally not available once a payment has been processed.

However, No refund of credit is supported unless for stated reasons:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical or gateway errors.

  • Payment processed but credits not reflected or service not activated within 7 business days.

4. Service Interruption or Termination

Salio.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity.

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or other policies.

In such cases, any unused credits will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
